Homes between&nbsp;1,000–2,000 sq ft maintained a&nbsp;14% share, while larger units over&nbsp;2,000 sq ft represented&nbsp;just 3% of total sales.From a location perspective, the&nbsp;Western and Central suburbs dominated activity, accounting for&nbsp;85% of total registrations.
